FAQ

Q: How often do I need my septic tank serviced?

A: Depending on the number of people in your household, you’ll need to service your septic tank every 3-5 years. When it’s time for you to service your septic tank, Cowboy Septic will call and remind you, so you don’t have to worry about remembering.

Q: My septic tank is backed up. Do I have to book an appointment to get this fixed?

A: Absolutely not! This would fall under an emergency septic service. We offer 24/7 emergency septic pumping.

Q: Why do I need to service my septic tank?

A: Septic systems are constantly pumping wastewater into our groundwater. If not serviced regularly, the systems may not be filtering out wastewater contaminants, resulting in potentially hazardous water we use for everyday tasks. Your septic system could be negatively affecting the water you use to shower, wash dishes, as well as the water you are drinking!
